How to Restore Your Subscription
If you have previously purchased a Kanshu subscription and are now using a new device or have reinstalled the app, you can easily restore your access.
- Open the Kanshu app on your iOS device.
- Tap the Settings icon (usually in the bottom bar or top corner).
- Scroll down to the Subscription section.
- Tap on Restore Purchases.
Common Issues
Wrong Apple ID
Ensure you are signed into the same Apple ID used to make the original purchase. You can check this in your device's System Settings.
Expired Subscription
Check if your subscription is still active in the App Store under "Subscriptions". If it has expired, you will need to renew it to regain access.
In-App Purchase Restrictions
Verify that In-App Purchases are not disabled in your device's Screen Time settings.
