1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Kanshu, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the application.

2. Description of Service

Kanshu is a Mandarin language learning application that provides reading, translation, and grammar tools. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the service at any time.

3. Subscriptions

Kanshu offers premium features via subscription. These are processed through Apple's App Store. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

4. Content

Kanshu allows you to import your own EPUB books. You are solely responsible for the content you import and must ensure you have the legal right to use such content within the app.

5. Disclaimer

Kanshu is provided "as is" without any warranties. We do not guarantee that the translations or grammar explanations are 100% accurate.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kanshu shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the application.
